1962 Beech D-50E Twin Bon ... 7408 N536D $74,500 338 West Virginia
The Beech Beechcraft Model 50 Twin Bonanza was produced for aircraft sales from 1952 to 1961 only. The Model 50 was the first twin engine in its class to be made available to the business market. The first models were for the U.S. Army as utility transports, and known as the L-23. The Twin Bonanza weighs about 5010 lb, and comes equipped with two Lycoming GSO-480-B1B6 340 h.p. engines. The used Beechcraft Twin Bonanza for sale is not actually a direct twin engine model of the earlier aircraft, the Bonanza. It more closely resembles the Travel Air, better known as the Baron. During its 11 years of its production, the Beechcraft Model 50 Twin Bonanza had 729 built. The U.S. Army bought 500 of these aircraft for sale.
