The Cessna Conquest became the first turboprop designed by Cessna. Cessna Conquest's design fills the gap between piston-engine aircraft and Cessna jets for sale. The Conquest was developed in 1974 and first delivered in 1977. It is a turbine, pressurized development of the Cessna 404. The Conquest contains two Garrett turboprops powering two McCauley four-blade propellers. A Cessna Conquest was also developed with Pratt and Whitney turboprops, flown, but never reached production. The Cessna Conquest has retractable tricycle landing gear with great performing take off roll of 1785 ft. The Cessna 425 Conquest I was developed as a turbine version of the Cessna 421. Cessna Conquest's main competition is the King Air, Cheyenne, Queen Air, the Commander, and the Mitsubishi MU-2 among aircraft for sale. Used Cessna Conquest for sale now exist on the aircraft sales market.
