The Conquest contains two Garrett turboprops powering two McCauley four-blade propellers. A Cessna Conquest was also developed with Pratt and Whitney turboprops, flown, but never reached production. The Cessna Conquest has retractable tricycle landing gear with great performing take off roll of 1785 ft. The Cessna 425 Conquest I was developed as a turbine version of the Cessna 421.
